This one has been moved more in to not be all the way near the black bar.

If 4:3 content was never stretched on any Turner Networks channel (TBS, TNT, Cartoon Network, etc.), for Cartoon Network HD, the HD suffix could have been put in white so it can be seen in the black bar for 4:3 content airing. At least it would have been better than fucking stretching anything in 4:3.

Rating bugs still being stretched to 16:9 if they did this? I would be fine with that.
