Updated for a more dynamic look (2-12-2022)

Kokoro tries to have a nice time at the beach. However, she has unfortunately bought shame and shock to Soldier and his friend, Demoman. Both of those men have just been disturbed by the sighting of Kokoro and her fat body. However, she has yet to fix all of that. Anyway, I'll let you decide how she gets lean because I'm taking a break from big belly posts after a test and this. I want to do some action stuff for a while.

Dialogue:
Kokoro: I don't know how I'm going to feel about walking with a body like...
Soldier: Holy President of America! Look, Demoman!

Kokoro: Oh mon dieu. I am so embarrassed right now.
Demoman and Soldier: MEDIC! (like this: youtu.be/iHm2ZlHCx5M )

So yeah, Medic will solve about anything body-related.

Shuubaru made the Kokoro model, which I sculpted to make her fat. I tried to make an XPS version, but I think this stuff will stick to Blender. Converting it didn't work, so I'll have to follow more tips from SSPD077.
