we interrupt the making of the refs of the other 2 Stellar Sailors to bring you this re-design. apparently Weathey got himself a new haircut and clothes lol ; v ;

Personality/Info: Weathey is a strong and nervous guy who can control the weather with it's emotions. He tries his best to act happy, but because of it the weather around other towns/places is a bit 'uncontrolled'. No one knows what makes the weather good or bad, a simple rain or a strong windstorm would happend when least expected. Aside from that Weathey can control his emotions at times, like when he's around people he knows and trusts he feels happy and more 'open-minded'. His main job is as a guard of Leaf City, one of the most bravest and alert people who helps to protect Leaf City from thefts, and those who never ignores or rejects their orders and will always go to action when needed. Weathey uses his wolf form to scare or distract the enemy in the way if it escapes, he's very fast and agile in this form, but also very aggressive, plus he sometimes uses his thunder powers to attack the enemy.
