well, this was her before she decided to forcely remove all the "good" inside her to stop feeling remorse/regret from the thought of eliminating all the other Diamonds and have "her" Homeworld back. and that was how Casper Diamond was created, she's a representation of what Tolopea used to be.
in a way Tolopea is like Talc, except she literally cannot feel love anymore. Tolopea drove herself insane while Talc was tortured to the point of becoming insane. plus Talc relies more on her intelligence than her power.
