warm-ups/practices/etc drawn before/in preparation of this pic. So I really wanted to draw my fanchar Calgary in AT style, but since I'd never done that before, I started off by studying the style, the height differences between these chars, etc. (The original pics had some screenshots that I was referencing off/figuring out the height differences with/etc; I cut those out and put all the doodles together to upload here) I figured since she's the genderswap of Toronto, she should mirror the height/body/etc differences between Toronto and Jake, so I started off there (first time trying to draw Toronto in the show style, btw). haha I've never drawn Toronto with on-model eyes before! he fits well enough into my style on his own, so I never bothered... turns out he looks way too cute with on-model eyes + my art style x) then some Cake studies, Queen of Ooo, some KOOs ("if these were tests to figure out how to translate Calgary into the style, where does the crossdressing KOO come into it?" I just wanted to draw his legs, okay)..

lotsa cat eyes. Heh, guess who each pair of eyes belong to. Or just cheat and look it up on the wiki, whichever. BUT YEAH previously I've had difficulty drawing cat eyes without them looking creepy, so I really wanted to practice that first. Then the first pics of Calgary in AT-style, and the original sketch of her reference pic.

will scrap later. I really doubt this'd be a problem (these are quick style tests, why would you even want to post it around), but just in case, please don't repost these anywhere, particularly Tumblr.
