The insurgents took the traffic control in the outskirts of Baghdad. They also shut down and scrambled the traffic server system and made a city into a chaos. They issued a statement that the government must release a political inmate or Baghdad will be in chaos. They also took some hostages, some of them were British and US citizen. So, SOCOM had ordered US Navy SEALS and asked SACF for help. SEALS will storm the building, take control, restart the traffic server system, and rescue the hostages while SACF will run the back up system with a small quantum server during the raid. So, they had to hold up for a while until the server back online.
