There was this book called "Freakonomics" with the image of a green apple with an orange on the inside on the cover. I always thought this was a neat idea but the book cover just had this apple sitting there. The background is just plain white. BOOOOOORRRIINNNGGG. Yours is much more interesting. Nice work.

I'm going to risk it and comment constructively:
I rather like the tiny bit of green on the top left portion of the painting. I know it's our style to emphasize the main subject with more vivid color, but sometimes I wish you'd play it up by adding places that reiterate that color...
So, actually, I wish there were more of that little green drip in other places too.
