I don't care about designs, I just get offended when people turn calicos/torties into simple brown cats. It's like calling everyone a purple cat a saying 'Oh, it's a matter of design!" Calicos/torties. Do. Not. Have. Brown. Those are torbies, and are a cross of brown tabby and ginger tabby, with a white base. I can go on...
Also, I'm not trying to be rude. I've been told I'm mean with the people who constantly get it wrong.

Then why not say that Firestar is a brown tabby, and Tigerstar is a blue cat? Getting calicos/torties mixed up with brown marbles is not a 'small issue' to me. I get butthurt when people mistake things like this so excu-uuu-se me if I just want people to not have a F*CKING BROWN SPOTTEDLEAF!

Sorry, but I really don't get why this is so upsetting, like I said, there really isn't that much of an extreme? I'm not going to change her design because honestly, this is almost just as bad as the whole "What's Scourge's collar colour" or "what are the colour of Dovewing's eyes" debate. :/
I honestly don't care if I'm wrong, that's what artistic freedom is about. Please just be appreciative that I didn't make her bright pink with neon green dots.
But hey, thanks for the info about brown marbles and calicos, cause I didn't know "brown marble" was a fur classification until now. I guess I just classify Sorreltail as more of a brown marble rather than a calico.
