WthΒ Millie at times is a total bitch to her other kits (look here )Β and smothers Briarlight when Briarlight really hates the attention and wants to be treated like a normal cat.
Silverstream was awesome. Kind, beautiful, caring, gentle. And Millie is uh... She can talk to dogs I guess.. She's pretty like Silverstream too and.. Yeah that's all I can say about Millie.. Millie sounds like an annoying ass from what I've heard about her. (Internetz spoiled the entire warriors series for meh, I'm reading book 6 in the first arc now.)
Why do you hate GrayxSilver? It's one of the best couples EVER in my and tons of other people's opinons. It's okay if you like Millie, but in my opinion she really sucks. Kittypets in general in the series are annoying. Like Princess for example, she offended Brightheart by being all like "WHAT HAPPENED TO YOUR FACE OMF" and then mate-stealing little Daisy came along and tried to make Cloudtail her mate (poor Brightheart omg) and also I think was like "The ugly cat is scaring me!!" like a freaking kit. I've heard Millie is kinda tough-ish, but idfc if she's tough she's still a horrible mother to Blossomfall and neglects her other kits and smothers Briarlight like Briar's a kit about to die of greencoughΒ Β

Why I hate GrayxSilver:
1.The origins
Graystripe falls into icy water, Silverstream saves him and BOOM. Couple. Seriously, Just why?
2.Development
Graystripe and Silverstream have little development at all, if any. They never had this whole transition from dislke to meh to like to love. It was love like *snaps fingers* that.
3. (And most importantly) their behavior
Graystripe gets into an actual FIGHT with his best friend for trying to stop their relationship. In fact, Graystripe neglects his apprentice and duties JUST so that he can see her
Now let's compare with Millie
1.Origins: Millie meets Graystripe, and decides after thinking a bit that they want to travel together so that Graystripe can go home.
2.Development
Graystripe and Millie have their fair share of arguments, and do soon fall in love, unlike that "Love at first sight" thing wth GrayxSilver
3.Behavior
It was normal. Nobody else was affected from their love. No apprentice or duties neglected, they just acted like normal warriors.
Overall, GaryxMillie has mugh more develooment, which imo makes it much more versatile and MUCH more interesting.

1. Greystripe asked Silver to meet him. Silverstream was really annoyed, but came anyway. Greystripe tried to use all his charm, until Silver saw him as a friend. They kept on meeting until Grey proposed his love to her. Also Greystripe wasnt to sure about his love for her either.
2. CROOKEDSTAR SAW THAT. Silverstream got into a fight with him (with words).
3. The only reason Firestar and Greystripe fought and acted like that was because Silverstream was from a differ clan.

Its like, "Hey stranger want me to help you with everything you need just because you come from the forest?" She was to helpful to Grey when he was a forest cat who could of clawed her to shreds. The only reason she liked him at all at first was because he could of taught her how to fight and hunt. Silverstream was planning on maybe joining Thunderclan, while Millie was like, No.
2. Complete jerk to her kits. Shes the reason Briarlight died. If she had been paying more attention to her kit, then Briar wouldnt have died.
3. Only reason it was normal behavior is because Fire accepted Millliepoop. So she became in the clan. She didn't join another clan, she was in the same clan as Greystripe, so there was no need to fight. Greystripe couldnt train his app when Silver was there because he didn't have much time to see her, being loyal to his clan.

Silverstream fighting Crookedstar doesn't have to do with the shipping's development at all.

Millie never hinted on not wanting to join Thunderclan. She never even hinted that wanted to learn to fight and She went with him because she wanted to live like a never hinted at joining ThunderClan, and if she didn, that'd be messed up. It'd mean she'd move to a rival clan for her love over her father who lost everyone he loved except her. That's messed up. Seriously.

Briarlight never died though. She became paralyzed trying to help Longtail get Mousefur's mouse when a tree crush them. Millie started being overprotective of her ALMOST DEAD DAUGHTER. Also, we're talking about the shippings, not the characters. I love Firexsand, but I'm neutral on Firestar.

4. Graystripe moves to RiverClan

To be honest, I kinda like Silver X Gray more because Millie was always like "BRIARLIGHT!!!!" like what happened to looking out for Bumblestripe and Blossomfall? Tbh I think if Silverstream lived she would be a way better mother than Millie. GRAYSTRIPE PLS CHOOSE SILVERSTREAM!!!!!!
