I guess it's because of how Cato never really expressed any emotions for his fellow tribute until she died. (Like Blackstar and Russetfur.)

She died because she was rather old, therefore not being able to keep up even strength to live in the fight. Plus, Lionblaze was EXTREMELY strong.

I still blame this on Ivypaw. It was really her fault for making ThunderClan want to fight so Russetfur's death is really on her paws, not Lionblaze as he did nothing wrong except for try to help his leader. Blackstar should of told his old gal to stay home too (he's pretty old himself isn't he? cat ages are not my strong point XD)

i love this, makes you feel so bad for blackstar, he is such a misunderstood cat. I know a lot of warriors fans hate him for siding with Brokenstar and killing Stonefur, but remember, (as much as I hate saying this) Tigerstar was right, all her ever did was follow his leaders orders, which the code says is law. All he ever did was to try to be loyal to Shadowclan above all else, where he may come of a cruel cat, remember he lost many cats dear to him too, such as his loyal deputy Russetfur. But in the end, he was always there for Shadowclan.
