I finally have a specific idea as to how my interpretation of the Grim Reaper were to look like.

Lady Death is constantly wearing mourning gowns from the victorian era, and most of her hats might have a veil on it, decorated with dead roses.

I've had this recent idea for Lady Death to not only being the personafication of death, but also that of life. she represents the duality between life and death, which makes her more upset that people choose to reject the notion of Death.

But that's still an idea.
