Description
One of the many Ghosts haunting Gracey Manor, and a famous Ghost in England. In 1751, he led a mob in the town of Tring, Hertfordshire, and beaten and drowned an old couple they accused of being witches, which resulted in the death of the wife, Ruth Osborne.
Luckily, he and his mob were arrested, and Thomas was sentenced to death by hanging. He was executed, and his body was left to rot in a cage suspended by the noose. He was left to hang as a warning to others who'd try to break the law.
Since he was mever allowed a proper burial, it was said that his ghost has been seen wandering around the place of his death, but due to it being located at a crossroads, he was confused on where was where, thus keeping him from taking revenge on those who hanged him.
Even after coming to haunt Gracey Manor in the 70s, he often visits the spot he died in, lately on the anniversary of his death. He's been seen lately by mortals as a large black dog.
