A Phantasmagorian Resident, and a professional hacker.

She was the victim of gossip, her fellow classmates told rumors here and there about Vicky being a promiscious wh*re, and while none of them were proven true, many still believed it and harrassed her any chance they could.

Her home life wasn't any better, her parents could barely afford much, yet spend whatever money they got their hands on, on alcohol and drugs. They'd often beat her whenever she complained about their living conditions.

Eventually she couldn't take it anymore and nearly attempted to commit suicide, but was stopped after encountering the phantasmagorian overlord, Sophie Blossom, who convinced her to leave this sh*tty life to live more comfortably in Phantasmagoria.

She graduated Shooting Star academy and moved into an apartment with her gal pal, Tanya Petrov, and soon became professional hackers. They'd be paid by the Government and even Overlords to retrieve valuable information, create diversions, and strengthen private security on the web. She mostly spends the majority of her time helping the police track down wanted criminals, or locate missing people.

(this was her original design: www.deviantart.com/caseythecre… She was inspired by Velvet from Hazbin Hotel, and in a way that influence still stands, as Vicky kinda does internet and/or social media stuff. I created Vicky sometime in 2019.)
