Very shy and timid. I imagine him very small and able to tuck his feet in like a turtle. He'd also bury himself in the ground with just his back spike out. For a good part of the time, Black would have to keep him in a papoose since he'd be very nervous. Black really does love being surrounded by his children so he hardly uses pokeballs.
After Aron grew to trust him most likely until his first evo, He would start being a brawler.
