First critique, so here we go!
The colour scheme is lovely. The blues and greens of the clothing work so well together, and imposed on the purpley background they really help the character to jump out from the page. The design of the clothes is perfect for a fantasy, magical character. All those circles and curls create a flowing, swirling illusion that works very effectively to lead the eye around the drawing. I also particularly like the way the smoke actually looks translucent, a hard-to-acheive effect; you've captured it perfectly.
Composition wise, the centering works well and brings focus to the character- however the ribbon on the right hand side suddenly disappears off the page, which disrupts the flow of the piece. There should also be a bit more white space to the side of the staff, so it doesn't look so crammed into the piece.
The calves of her legs look a little too short; they look like you intended for them to be in perspective. Darker shading should help acheive this effect that the leg is further away.
Overall though, this is some very nice work!
