But, in the end, I'm happy the creators chose this design for pearl and I'm happy that I've found an opportunity to draw her finally. I can say that I've done so and move on to another cartoon/style I haven't tried before. For things I enjoyed about this one, I had a bit of fun with the background by trying out some new brushes I got that I thought were perfect for this and I also enjoyed making the glowing effects around pearl and the shards too. Also, I just wanted to clarify those shards in the back aren't "shattered" gems so don't go getting any stupid ideas. It's just a shard/crystal like dimension I decided to make. In the end I'm happy I made this and I hope you enjoy it as well reader. I wish you a good day/night.
