This one is just in time for the month of February if you ask me. I always had plans to make a piece that showcased both Ratchet and Rivet. But, I never really had an idea at the time of what I wanted to do, or how to do it. But, then I thought that I could do a redraw of a certain someone's work I admire and I decided to go for it. So, here it is, a redraw of Wolf-Chalk's art piece 'Until You' and I'm happy with how it turned out; I hope you think so too Wolf, if you're reading this. This was a lot of fun and it made me explore a couple things I hadn't really done before, I found a better denim texture I'll be using for future works and others as well that will help with the effects I desire. As for the background, I wanted to add more detail compared to the original and it made me think of ways of showing more depth and little things to add to the back to add just that little bit more of detail (ex. The spotlights, the ships, all the little lights too.) So, in a way I thanks you as well Wolf for how you made your original work and it helped me to learn a couple things along the way. I wish you all the best on your special day Wolf-Chalk and I wish you all the best in life, your future works, and whatever you do. I also wish you my condolences for your cat Macho, he was a cute kitty and I wish him peace. I hope this piece has brightened things up on your special day and I look forward to your upcoming pieces. I'll be watching as always.
