Not much to say about Fane. He is more attuned to whatever magic plane I'm trying to figure out. He is the heavy gunner for Heart Squads Alpha Team, and might have a thing for Rune. Although it may be he sees her as someone to train in the art of magic stuffs, motivations are unsure, there are some concerns it is not for good intentions. He is also in the growing sect within Epsilon Delta that think Diamond Squad is full of themselves, just because they were the first squad created in the division.
