Too tired to make a simple background so I just played with some effects. This is Tempest from Epsilon Delta Club Squad. Normally paired with Brooks, he sometimes sees her as a little sister, and spends a considerable amount of time telling others to cool it before she kicks them or throws them to the ground/into something. Now that I think about it I may have just made a pair with one puncher and one kicker trope thing. As much as I try to fight using tropes sometimes you just have to go with the flow.
