Just kidding of course.
I can't join my own contest boohoo.

.:Short story:."Mel..."
The tall guy didn't know how to finish his sentence. A few strands of his ebony hair covered his shoulder. The puzzled look in his eyes didn't tell any good either as his voice started to shiver.
"Melody... I can't do this no more. I mean-"
As soon as he noticed a tear fell down from his eye, he moved his face away. She didn't notice.
Melody, who was standing next to him, stared in front of her. Despite of the fact that she did know what he was trying to tell her, she didn't want to hear it.
"Please don't say it" she said, her gaze now aimed at his face. "I don't want to know. You're all live for. Don't make it end. Not tonight..."

.:Explanation:.My original character Melody with the one she loved the most: Dagen.
He's made of darkness, the opposite of Melody.
His age is unknown.
Dagen is an irish name and means 'black-haired'.
I wanted to draw the moment when Melody lost her voice. Sadly she had to let go her love for unknown reasons. He knew why, but couldn't bare to tell what it was.
He gave her a last kiss before he heard her heart breaking and fainted in his arms.
Ever since that moment she has lost hear healing voice and hearing. She hasn't seen him after that particular day/night.
Will she find him again?

Here in Norway Dagen can be translated to 'the day.' If you cut the -en ending it will simply just mean 'day.'
Anyway, great drawing! I felt this tingle in my stomache when I saw it. That tingle always comes when I see a drawing that moves me. I can almost feel their passion! Thank you

One note of criticism: his arm is quite short, I'd say by some 30%. However, this is made up for by all other anatomical features, those are great!

Thats awesome. (I LOVE FINAL FANTASY ADVENT CHILDREN BTW i watch it like everynight hahaha) I tried drawing cloud last night and had a fit because his nose looked wrong and out of proportion. God I got so angry, I felt lke giving up. I guess I'm always on dA and see things like your drawings, you know good stuff and then I expect great things from myself and yeah...doesn't happen cause I'm not that good yet. arg.
