Lineart I did today within a few hours. And as usual... Reference used!----this is not for the collab with *emmil because we're going to draw something else!---
And for the record, it's just a work in progress. I know there are mistakes and you definitely shouldn't go hyper on faving this because it's not done yet. Thank you. (:
So here you go! W.I.P. 2 coming soon (???).

Now I need your help with something, so please read this!
I'm planning to draw a background but yet I'm not exactly sure what to draw, so... what shall I do?
Do I have to add a single color background?
A detailed background perhaps?
Or add some clouds? And I don't mean friend-of-Zack Clouds, but just like... sky clouds.
Lemme know what your ideas are (:

it seems alot of people like the storm cloud or rainy background.
I like the idea too. with the cliff under his feet maybe to give some depth tot he background.
If ya want to go real poetic and one spot not up front but further back where the light shines through the clouds.
just a suggestion do as you please it has worked well for you so far.

I suggest a cliff like setting, as in the one where he died. Makes it seem like he's looking back at us (in the guise of Shinra Troops) and going, "What do you want?"

Awesome! I cant wait to see it as you get closer to completing it... I maybe out of place suggesting backgrounds since I have been a Nintendo junkie all my life (grew up on the NES and N64, Zelda YAY!), but I think if you challenged yourself with a forest background, it would be pretty bad ass!

Maybe Shinra in the background? Like some broken pipes and metal bars and stuff, industrial, but outside?

As for the background, I say you do a wolf of sorts (kinda like Advent Children, perhaps?). Perhaps just the wolf's face, looking in the direction that Zack is looking into.

I used a ruler to draw the tight lines of the sides of the sword. that made things a little more easier ^_^
