This haunting artwork shrouded in mystery and steeped in the arcane, invites you to delve into the depths of the occult and macabre. At first glance, this composition may seem bizarre but as we peer deeper, its secrets begin to unravel. In the center stands a figure that seems to defy the boundaries between life and death-an unsettling witch, reminiscent of a mummified corpse, her decaying form shrouded in ancient rituals and dark enhancements. Her presence serves as a haunting focal point, a reminder of the ever tempting dance with necromancy.
Beside her, a jester takes on an unexpected transformation, assuming the role of a high priest in this sinister ritual.
The donkey, a symbol or humility and innocence, is an incongruous addition to this unholy congregation.
In the midst of the witches sabbath, another witch stands exposed, her nudity being a symbol vulnerability and raw power.
Through this artwork I tried to explore the dark side of the primal energy that we all have inside of us. The fascination for the occult has always been present in literature, theatre plays and movies. It invites us to confront our deepest fears and contemplate the boundaries between life and death.
