Description Chapter 9

I woke up what seemed like ages later, when the "Creator" dropped a bucket of ice water over my head. I gasped as the freezing water stung my skin.
"Good, you're up," she said, her heels clicking against the floor as she walked around in front of me. Her hair still super glued into the same exact position. Her loopy drugs had finally warn off, and my mind was clear.
"do you have a real name or did your parents actually name you "The Creator" ? "
I asked through a croacky voice.
"You seem to be unsuseptible to my dream serum, so you've given me the perfect oppurtunity to test out a few of my more interesting inventions," She went on, ignoring me.
"I've been in these situations before, are you going to threaten my family next or does physical injury strike your fancy?" I said in my strongest voice.
"I suppose your strong and brave fiance usually crashes in right about now,"
"No, he probably hasn't noticed Im missing yet,"
She snorted a sarcastic laugh through her flared nostrils.
"What exactly is it that you want from him?"
She ignored me, her diamond lips sparkling in the floressent light.
"He couldn't have broken your heart, no body would go near him before me,"
She started scraping her heels back and forth against the ground.
"He has no family, so you couldn't be a relative. He hasn't met up with you before in a "professional" capacity, I, and the rest of Scarlet would have heard of you,
"So what exactly do you hope to accomplish by kidnapping me? I've been in this situation before, previous villians trying to gain personal knowledge about him. Our apartment is in my name, same with the car. The Scarlet schools refused to add him in the yearbook because they were afraid his photograph would haunt them, as far as the world knows, my fiance is the 'superhero' known as Reaper. As far as the world knows, he has no real name,"
She lit a cigarette and inhaled strongly, obviously aggravaited by my stubborness. She leaned down and exhaled the smokey waste of the cigarette into my face. It stung my eyes and i coughed as the gray smoke entered my lungs.
"But he does have a name, and all I need to know, are his initials, I can figure the rest out,"
"Are you mad? I'm not telling you anything!"
She glared at me.
"You don't need to," She snarled and walked off, her heels clicking furiously as she went, I heard the sound of a keypad being pressed. She was opening a locked door. A door I could not see through the darkness. The door opened and her heels clicked through. The door shut, and quickly locked behind her.
I waited a few minutes, making sure she was far enough away so i could begin thinking about my escape.
I assessed my situation as best i could. my wrists and anckles were strapped down by leather belt straps. She left me poorly straped down; there were only two possible reasons for this.
1) She decided her drugs would keep me suficiently helpless.
2) She wanted me to escape so that she could trick me into playing into her scheme.

Either way, i was accomplishing nothing by staying put.
I leaned forward and clamped my teeth tightly on the belt and pulled. It took a few tries but i finally managed to pull the belt strap free and unhook the metal pick that clamped the belt down on my wrist. After i freed one hand I swiftly began work on the other, and then on my ankles. The cold floor felt good on my bare feet. I couldn't break the code, I would just end up setting off some hidden alarm if i tried. Instead I began going through the crazy womans medical cabinets and drawers. I grabbed the fire extinguisher and kept it close as i continued through her drawers. I turned off every gadget she had running.I poured all her strange concoctions down the drain of the sink. I snapped the needles off all her syringes, and bent her utinsils. Still carrying the fire extinguisher I ran to a closet door next to the sink and counter. Raising the the fire extinguisher i dropped it down on the door handle and watched as the metal knob snapped off like a toothpick. The door knob tumbled and twirled across the cold floor. I ignored at as the almost pathetic looking white wooden door squeaked open. I flipped on the inside light switch, expecting to see more medical supplies; what i found however, was something completely different. Every inch of the tiny little look in closet was covered in pictures and newspaper clippings, all of Reaper. Drawings he drew, drawings of him, drawings and printed pictures of Grim Reapers in general. Purple candles and a boquet of dyed black roses sat on the floor. I bent down and pulled the boquet closer, a card hung around the stems. I was almost afraid to read it.

"To my one and true love, you will always have my heart,
my mind, my love, and my soul. Yours truly, _________"

My first thought was that she was going to give the roses to herself and she just needed reapers real name to put on the card, making it look like he had given them to her, but then i thought better of it. It wasn't her style, she wasn't the kind of woman who would cheat at something like this. She was going to send the flowers to him.
She was a stalker of the deadliest kind.
She chose the perfect man; a hero, strong, and brave, and happy to hide from the rest of society just like her. Only trouble was, I found him first.
She couldn't have that, I need to be out of her way, but she needs me to tell her his name, so she can put a face to her love.
