One night he goes missing when having to go to the south side of the city. A woman devoted to fixing the world named "The Overseer" had taken him. She was now trying to figure out solutions to how to fix him and she ends up developing this chip. (The thing on his wrist.) The chip hacks into the nervous system and takes control over Alex.
