Plan A fails where the camera that has the 'scandalous' photos is taken by Nellie who also escapes Hilda's clutches.

So Hilda goes to plan b where she will catch Jessica Rabbit and hold her captive in order to get Roger to do as he's told. She lures Jess by bluffing that the photos are being developed. Jessica says "HOW COULD you think I would help you hurt my sweet innocent honeybunny"? Hilda replies "I don't NEED your help" "Just YOU" The vixen's goons then grab Jess.
