Yeah so I was on youtube listening to sonic music when I came across this video uploaded by a dude named pikachu896, is a secret message in Sonic CD and it's so creepy, I think the Japanese text translates to "Fun Is Infinite With Sonic The Hedgehog" if that is correct, to access this message you have to press Down, Down, Down, Left, Right, A at the title screen then enter these numbers FM no.46, PCM no. 12, DA no. 25 in the sound test menuSonic is owned by SEGA

sure think you have to enter the following codes at the press start screen when it says start game, or think you can get it by beating all the stages in time attack mode, it's been awhile since I had the game, I only have the 2011 verision

Have you tried beating time attack mode? I think you can unlock sound test that way, if i remember, it's been awhile since I've played the one on gems collection

Try beating all the other worlds, in time attack, and you should be able to unlock sound test

The last part translates into "Drawn by Majin" or "Drawn by the Devil." I remember reading a video game magazine in the early '90s that said that the last part translates into "Picture of Evil Man" (it might have been the late EGM).
