Celia is actually more of an experimental piece rather than just a character. She's basically the result of my interests intertwining with each other.
Basically, Celia is inspired by my love for Bendy and the Ink Machine, making her body to the similar form of a rubber-hose toon. This doesn't make her related to Bendy at all, she's just a rubber-hose based character.

I originally wanted her to be a Toon-Inkdrian Hybrid, but I have NO IDEA on how to categorize that. So I made her a Cartoon Film Inkdrian with a theme of rubber-hose toons. I also came up with a good flower for a black-white rubber hose character and that would be a flower that is black and white. Though because of gradients and all that, her flowers are a different kind of black and white but are still Anemone.

I haven't actually come up with a background for this character, as I don't even know she's legal.
Plus I sorta just made her from the spur of the moment, she has little thought put into her other than some basic designs.
I don't know if I want to put her in Arborville or not.

If she's legal and things go smoothly, I'll probably update this.

By the way, her name is a play on words with Cel XenoXing, a term used in animation.
