A school project where we designed 3 separate characters.

Giovanni is the antagonist. He's unfortunately the least developed of the three.

Commander in the interstellar military, his recent goal is to track down Meph and bring him to justice, however, the pink moth is proving himself to be a troublesome one. This lead Giovanni to use all sorts of nasty tactics to try and bring the criminal down, because, in his eyes, if Meph can play dirty, so can he.

Probably gave Bubu multiple panic attacks.
