My first 2 attempts at sewing Christmas stockings!
The black stocking has turned out kind of an odd shape so I might re-do it.

Basically we are having both sets of parents round for Christmas and my Hubby really wanted to hang stockings up for us all with traditional fillings like satsumas and nuts (maybe not the coal though!) H & I will fill each other's with little surprises to make it more fun!

The green stocking has some gold material stuck on (the glue shows through a bit unfortunately), edged in gold glitter and have swarovski crystals sewn on.

The black one has my very poor attempt at sewing some sort of basic snowflake/star shape, again with a crystal on each one and some tiny pearls scattered around the rest.

I will probably end up making about 12 as I reckon by the time I get to the 6th one it will be so much better than the first I will want to redo them!
