Mulan was due to marry General Shang soon.  And by soon, we’re talking weeks.  Guests?  No problem.  Catering?  A lot of food, yes but they’re manageable.  Mulan’s bridesmaids?  The three princesses.  General Shang’s groomsmen?  Simple.  It’s Yao, Ling, and Chien-Po.  So what’s the problem?

There is another young woman who wants to marry Shang, and she doesn’t care if Mulan is China’s hero.  Not only that, she even looks like her.  But if you were to put her in the same room as Mulan, one could already tell who is the real one and who isn’t.

All she could think about is marrying Shang.  And seeing Mulan with him made her blood boil, and her head clouded with skies so dark and so gray, one simple word to her and she will go on a screaming rant on what Shang sees in Mulan that made him want to marry her other than Mulan saving China multiple times.

Ever since Shang proposed and Mulan accepted, this woman has been stalking Mulan.  Watching where she goes on a daily basis.  Where she gets her food, what restaurants she eats at, what bathhouses she goes to.  Hell, she even watches what products she buys that makes her look beautiful.  And for months, this woman has been going to the same places Mulan goes, but keeps her distance away from her so she wouldn’t be seen.  And she’s been doing this for quite some time to the point she managed to act like her, talk like her, etc.

Just then, while Mulan was going on one of her night,y walks through town, her lookalike ambushed her and pulled her behind a building.  It happened so fast, so quick, and so quietly, even the villagers out and about in town didn’t even hear, see, nor notice anything.

“I don’t know what Shang sees in you, but it should be me on the altar” the lookalike said after tying a cloth over the real Mulan’s mouth.  As the real hero of China angrily made noises behind her gag, the lookalike was tying Mulan’s hands to the reins of a horse.  The horse belonged to the lookalike.  “Well, I got weeks away before I go up to the altar.  As for you, I don’t know where you’ll be” she giggled as Mulan struggled against the reins of the horse.  The lookalike bound Mulan’s feet to the side of the horse in such a way she couldn’t even urge the horse whether to go fast, slow, or even stop.  “Any last words before you go on a very fun horse ride?” The lookalike asked.

Mulan struggled against her bonds and yelled into her gag.  “I love you too” the lookalike said.  “Not!  I’m just glad to get you out of my sight.” She turned to her horse, ignoring Mulan’s struggles and yells.  “Now listen Yin, be a good girl and make sure Mulan is comfortable.  Give her a good time and gallop around the fields and meadows as long as you like.”  The horse smiled, grunted, and gave a nod.  “And when you’re done, you know the way back home and to your stables, right?”  Yin gave another excited grunt.  “All right, off you go.”  After giving the horse a pat on her haunches, the lookalike watched Yin gallop away as Mulan struggled and screamed vowing revenge, payback or some kind of punishment.

The lookalike sighed and breathed a sigh of relief.  “Now with her out of the way, I can  finally be with Shang and marry him” she said.  She then walked through the village, admiring her surroundings and getting to know the villagers, who still think she’s Mulan.  Now no one can tell that she’s an imposter.  Instead of being worried about how long the ruse will last, the lookalike was worried about whether the wedding between her and Shang will even go well or not.
