Mel had worked for the local pregnancy daycare for three years. Sure, it took getting used to. One warning tingle from the charm that made the magic happen and you went from zero to stuffed full of babies in three seconds flat. But it was good money and all she had to do was log her meals and chill on the couch.
Lately she’d been taking on call shifts for extra cash. She’d wear her charm and just hang around to be ready to take on any overflow if someone called in sick or there was a last minute booking. But during five whole months of doing it, nothing had ever happened and she was getting bored.

So when Angela called her up to do a day of stuffing at the fair, Mel didn’t think twice when saying yes. But halfway through the day, with the first round of food stands under their belts, Mel felt a gentle tingle coming from her pocket…
