Following up on the first appearance of Genghis Frog, this is a more detailed image of the Punk Frogs' leader with the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Leo's in the van and Don's having a tough time even getting in the shot. Updated the coloring on Raph and Mike's pads to more closely match their masks (like in the 80s/90s cartoons).
