This is a little scuplture I did, using brass, wire, sculpy and clock gears. The spider has three keyholes in its abdoman where pocketwatch keys fit.Related content

This sculpture is truly amazing. It looks like it's straight out of some fantasy setting! I can imagine people of all sorts carrying them around, and winding them up to carry out little tasks. That's one of the charms about it; you've managed to craft a large amount of credibility into the piece, it actually looks like it could work! Also, I read some of the other comments and noticed the one about the size of the work. That small and that well-made? Incredible! Would it be possible to see a scale photo uploaded?

About 56 hours total... 4 hours everyday for two weeks. (I'd work on it after my newborn son would fall asleep...)
