I get the strong feeling that there's a story behind this face.
I love the flaming, weeping hair.
The blurriness makes the background look like it's fast-moving, and this and the vivid colours give a wonderful contrast to his calm, gentle, melancholy face.
And the cyan shading is very beautiful.
