This illustration was based on the actual cover of an Sonic the Hedgehog Archie comic that I viewed on eBay back in the early 2000s.Here, Sonic the Hedgehog is giving the leader of the Texas Yahoos, Texas Tim - who's based on the Bandit Leader from the Wild Western range; ministryofminifigures.wordpres… - one of his trademark run arounds, giving the conniving casino-baron/bandit-leader/terrorist quite a sudden surprise - especially in frozen lands, as portrayed by the fact Texas is wearing a scarf and earmuffs...
...looks like someone made a bad bet there.
