Well, this May's certainly been rather a tough one for me, what with my mum breaking her foot the Wednesday before the Royal Wedding, me struggling to find work that pays and not getting anywhere (whether it's back at LEGOland or not) and recent events taking place in 's and 's webcomics only to receive a LOT of prejudice and verbal hostilities from ill-mannered and uncouth trolls who obviously aren't either well-read or just don't get about very often and seem to enjoy slurring and insulting the works of these great artists - not to mention the trouble I've recently had with an eBay order I sold (as my latest journal entry states), and the Seattle PI webpage suddenly blocking me (and any possible UK viewer of the comics up there) for some form of legal reasons...
...So, what with one thing and another, I've almost had no time for my May-ternity works, but thankfully, I've managed to get them done, I am happy to say.
So, as a start, after being inspired by 's Mrs. Read Becomes a Mom Again I took a leaf from his books, and made Arthur's mother a new Ovum-Amp Spokesmodel.
This scenario could possibly follow the Season 6 episode "The Secret Life of Dogs & Babies" when Arthur's dog, Pal and the baby Kate hurry to return the bride-&-groom models to the wedding cake the Read parents are attending, wondering what would happen once placed on top.
Plus, as an extra bit of humour, I even added the call-line from Arthur's theme tune to her lines.
This might've also revolved around a story I composed at WISWRP; wiswrp.pregfur.org/Forum2/inde… as Jane helps Crosswire's niece start a family of her own..
