This came to me after watching parodies of 101 Dalmatians on YouTube, involving such stars as those of Thomas the Tank Engine and Cars taking the role of said dogs.

Here, we have the defeated villains, having just destroyed each other's car in the collision whilst chasing the blacked-up dogs in the moving van, and Cruella's having it out with her henchmen before breaking down into tears, either from the destruction of her luxury motorcar or the loss of 99 dalmatians puppies from her fingertips - or rather the bumper of her former car.

You'll notice that the middle part has Jasper's last line, so you can photoshop any image of a defeated bad guy behind it, so it looks like they are saying it instead. (Make sure the image is behind and not in front)

You can use any villain or henchmen from live, CGI or cartoon series, so long as they are in a similar state as those in the meme; cross, angry, frustrated, fed-up, battered and/or dirty.
