Travis Touch has probably got to be my favorite character in the last generation of consoles. I recommend everybody checking out No More Heroes if they get the chance too.
Decided to make him in Jump! Ultimate Stars style just because, although I don't remember what base I used to make him.

Hope you enjoyed this. I'll probably make more Suda 51 characters if people want to see more. (Although, I just started pixel spriting literally a couple months ago)
