My friend and I are starting a fan region. Mostly as an exercise to kind of stretch our design muscles a bit and explore creatively. Most of the WIPs, Polls and detailed information will be posted on our blog at imardi-fan-region.tumblr.com/ . It's fairly bare at the moment but there's a little information there to start.UPDATE: Capmini has been been posted there later with some additional shading and a height comparison with a trainer, as well as an extended dex entry with entries for both versions.
Capmini is based off the Hippocamp of Greek mythology.
Design subject to change but we like where they're at so far.

Dex Entry: Unlike Oshawott, the scalchop on its chest cannot be removed. Capmini takes great pride in it and dislikes getting it dirty or damaged.
