This is a picture that I manipulated. it was from a photo. It all started when I was showing my friend how to change colors on a photo. she was impressed. I hold her that this is one of the many things you could do with PhotoShop. anyway, i did a batched up job. a day later, I went in and fixed it up a little.THIS IS FAN ART PEOPLE.
