Oh I'm pretty sure they do, after all they still order the toys of her to be made. Besides, it wasn't them who complained about episode 14, and the fact that they put her in every episode until season two's finale shows that they still wanted to show they care.
The only thing is, the intro was reused from season two, so it's not like they changed it, then put her back in, which would have more meaning.
