Description
A Female Commissar i painted using my Wacom Intuos 3 and Photoshop CS 5. I just love the Warhammer 40k Universe by Games Workshop. As reference i used various comissar figures and pics of the Warhammer 40k Universe and a bust of a male comissar i saw on the net.Also, thanx to all the tutorials on deviant art.
After all I'm getting better every day
