Your Finished one looks the best to me, but can't wait for Rapuzel and crew. A close second for sure.
And Poccahunus looks great as well. For me though, never liked Snow white's look. Not in your pic, but movie or anywhere else.

Haven't looked through you gallery in a while. And I must say, it still blows me away! Great job! It's funny, I looked at it and wondered if you drew it because you have such a distinct style.

thanks as always. yeah, when i use references my style tends to lean towards the references i used rather than my own style. i'm still working on that, lol. also, there's the matter of knowing when to put more of my style into something and when to pull back. i went to school for animation, so my expressions are usually very cartoony or exaggerated. depending on what the pose or pic calls for, i tend to go more subtle with my facial details (which are usually my trademarks, as they usually are with many artists).

Which is better? That's like saying "We have to amputate one of your legs but we'll let you keep your favorite, which is it?" 
The darker one is appealing because it preserves your strong lines and reminds me of American comics back in the early nineties (back when Storm wore white and the Spidey storylines didnβt suck).
The "magical" one draws attention because it's more like a traditional Sailor Scout color image and really makes me nostalgic for Ms. Naoko's original illustrations (sorry, I loved the anime but it never truly captured the enthrall beauty of the Manga).
Verdict? I prefer the βmagicalβ one.
As to which leg Iβd pickβ¦ lol, thatβs actually easy. My right one, my left is messed up due to a back injury and causes me to limp if Iβm on it for more than seven hours without a break (it starts to hurt way before that but Iβve learned to ignore the pain). Itβs hard catching a boyfriend with a limp. Hey! Thatβs what we need, a gimp Princess lol. Somebody call Disney, handicaps are the final frontier!
For some reason I pictured Jasmine in her red costume, probably cause I associated her with Mars and red is a unique color amongst the princesses wardrobes, there seems to be a lot of blues for some reason. But she looks awesome in her teal and gold so please donβt get me wrong.

glad you like it. i'm partial to this one as well. just looks more... done, lol. and yeah, i agree with you about the mostly blue color pallet. i decided to derive the suit colors from the disney princesses original outfits, as opposed to fitting them into the roles of specific sailor scouts as i've often seen done. i wanted them to be DISNEY SCOUTS, not disney princesses dressed like sailor moon,if that makes an iota of sense, lol. thanks for viewin'.

I don't fav the others you mentioned, the ones that fit them into the roles of the real scouts, so I think you found the secret ingredient that makes yours so appealing.

this version is definitely smoother balance of the colors. i like it.
it's easier on the eyes compared to the first version.
