Seth couldn't get more scared from the screams of angry people every twice in an hour, he's sort of traumatized, so he's learning that murder is not cool, he's received a very tight cozy suit to wear inside his cell tho, he's spending a long time in there...

Fortunately after a few weeks under treatment, the devil boy was finally back to sane, he's going back to murder, but then he returns to the psych ward, receiving tickling without being able to struggle is enough nightmare to Seth, so he stops murdering and becomes a "peaceful" person, under the tickling of various malicious hands.
