Some shameless fan art for Otakon. Man I love drawing these girls
The designs are based on the anime this time (Powerpuff Girls Z), all except for Buttercup. The other two are perfect, but I don't really like how they did Miss Toughy so I did my own rendition for her.
They're going to be for sale as prints (all together) and bookmarks seperately. I wanted to do the Rowdyruff boys for the reverse sides, but I ran out of time. Maybe for AWA!

I like the alternate Buttercup design. It looks a bit more mature. Maybe more middle school or at least growing up than the other two. Wouldn't mind seeing an attempted redesign on the others. I loved this show when I was a kid.

the two things I didn't like about Powerpuff Girls Zeto was a) the girls are no longer related and b) the cheap dancing around that the girls do during the transformation scenes. and I though Blossom wore a jean skirt? shorts work too though. nice job, even on tomboy Buttercup's half-top. it's funny how she can't stand the other two girls.

I agree with you that I don't like how they did Buttercup, but I also didn't like the personality change they did for Blossom. It's been a while since you've done Powerpuff and I was happy when I saw this. Awsome picture!

i never saw this anime in fact i only recently heard of it
i wish they'd made a "what if" episode where the rowdyruff boys were the good guys instead,just to see what that woulda been like
they had to make those guys dumber then a box of rocks,they're so stupid i could beat them up without super powers
i remember loving this show way back when,i look at it now and wander what was wrong with me,i guess 5 year olds are suckers for superpowered people
then i learned the creater also made samurai jack and i went back to semi-liking the show
some of the fan art is amazing
this is definatly an example of that amazing fan art
