Blue: Shuichi Akai, Subaru Okiya, Jodie Starling, James Black, Andre Camel
Orange: Conan Edogawa, Ai Haibara, Ayumi Yoshida, Mitsuhiko Tsuburaya, Genta Kojima
Black/Grey: Gin, Vodka, Vermouth, Chianti and Korn
It was a really hard work to draw and to color all these 20 characters.

But...why is Okiya in with the FBI group? It's been hinted at multiple times that he's Bourbon (or at least that he's from the BO, since during the Ikkaku Rock incident, Haibara was freaked out by him).

I have my own theory and I think that Okiya is an FBI agent.

This is a very long theory... xD
But in short... I think that Okiya is an FBI agent who helped Akai to fake his death. Akai hide in Shinichi's house. And I also think that Okiya and Akai worked together in the background.
