I made this costume for Tokyo Game Show 2017. Due to my pregnancy I had to be careful with my choice and find something comfortable to wear that also hides my baby bump so I thought the ruffled petticoat would be a good way to go. This costume is a original design based off the Moogles from the Final Fantasy Series. I jokingly named her Marilyn MonKupo
