This evening, Jan decided to take a quick walk after work- Charlie was already quite sleepy, even after sitting on the couch all day. How can you do nothing and become exhausted, she asked herself before they left. Huffing on the way out- she swiftly lost the attitude as she forgot about being upset.
Jan was rather clever, taking a street they had never seen before- making Charlie pull left and right to smell new things. As she did so, the bully noticed a small white and brown figure. Wagging in excitement, she decided to try and pull her owner. With success, he took the hint and mumbled something to the man holding the terrier. Greeting the smaller dog, she noticed instantly him trying to act cocky- with that, she let him. It didn't take long for her to mention the ice cream stand nearby- telling him how her owner doesn't have money for one- acting like a damsel in distress, she managed to convince the terrier called Jackie to steal the treat!
As they spoke, the two men seemed to leave, by gently pulling the leashes- they hinted to go. Jackie seemed to now have a plan- which Charlie hoped to see....
