Well, it's been a while since I posted something, so, here's something I did a month or so ago and finally got around to coloring xD

Well, Chopper being one of the cutest things in One Piece, I decided that it would be cute and funny if I dressed him up as his beloved father, Dr. Hiluluk. So here is our favorite (and only) Reindeer doctor, Dr. Chopper Hiluluk! xD
