Description
Mostly known in their feral form, these dragons do have a more humanoid form referred to as Ryuugitsu-jin. While most form traditional tiny villages of their own deep inside the mountain forest, others live within a more modernized town setting (Think of something like the youkai place in “The Boy and the Beast”).

In their humanoid form, Ryuugitsu mostly resembles human’s built. They have digitrade feet, tails and mostly covered by fur, especially in the back part, where their signature ‘boa’ fur grows. Beards in male Ryuugitsu’s feral form however may or may not be visible in their humanoid form (It depends on design preference. Same goes for the bushy eyebrows, the long fur patch on their cheeks and their whiskers). The facial pattern would be reduced to the ones under their eyes and from the tip of their snout.

In the past Ryuugitsu were mostly solitary dragons who only form a life-long group with their mate and children. As time passed, they beginning to form tribes for their own for better survival rate. Despite so some lone Ryuugitsu still exists.

Traditional, conservative Ryuugitsu tribes/villages can be quite a brute to outsiders. They are naturally territorial creatures and tend to be wary of trespassers. Within their own circle, these dragons show more caring and loving side. Strong bonds and loyalty between members are highly upheld. They also highly respect ancestors and worship them. Any form of disrespect to their ancestors is frowned upon.

More progressive communities, such as those who have blended in town's lifestyle are more open and friendlier in nature.

*Note: The term Ryuugitsu can refer to both the feral dragons or their humanoid form (Mostly refer to feral), while Ryuugitsu-jin is strictly only to refer their humanoid form.
